If your desktop computer hard drive has failed, you will need to remove the drive from your computer and ship just the drive itself to TechRestore. If you have a Mac or PC laptop computer, please ship your complete system.

When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation along with a shipping label to use for your shipment. Once we receive your device, we’ll check it in and contact you within 48-Hours with a diagnosis and a price for the recovery.

At this point, you have two options; OK the recovery and a TechRestore technician will complete the work and send your device back to you via overnight courier. Turnaround times vary by the complexity of the recovery. If you elect not to perform the recovery, we’ll gladly send your device back to you at no additional charge.
